§ 58-41. Compliance with standards and specifications; permit required.

No person shall construct, rebuild or repair any sidewalk except in accordance with the line, grade, slope and specifications established by the public works supervisor, or without first obtaining a written permit from the public works supervisor, except that sidewalk repairs of less than 50 square feet of sidewalk may be made without a permit. The written permit shall be prominently displayed on the construction site. The fee for such permit shall be as set by the city council from time to time.
