In connection with compliance with the requirements of subsection (b), above, all
companies, agencies, persons and representatives of the city shall cooperate fully
and in good faith with each other in the timely coordination and implementation of
the planning, design, construction and completion of the Ruddiman reconstruction and
infrastructure improvements, including the underground relocation of overhead lines
and wires, and the removal of poles and related overhead facilities equipment. The
timetable for completion of work set forth above shall be established solely by the
city in accordance with its schedule and in consultation with the companies, agencies
and other persons.
